POSITION SUMMARY
This individual is responsible for utilizing the Primavera P6 software to create, manage, and maintain project schedules. This position will provide strong support in the maintenance and communication of all related field and office related project tasks.

POSITION SUMMARY
This individual is responsible for utilizing the Primavera P6 software to create, manage, and maintain project schedules. This position will provide strong support in the maintenance and communication of all related field and office related project tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, incorporating project milestones, activities, resources, and dependencies.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather project data and input, ensuring accurate and comprehensive schedules.
- Allocate and manage resources within project schedules
- Considering labor, equipment, and materials
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts, delays, and bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Continuously monitor project progress and update schedules as needed
- Generate regular reports and visual representations of project schedules, progress, and performance metrics for project teams.
- Collaborate with Cost Engineers/Estimators to integrate cost data into project schedules
- Maintain accurate and organized records of project schedules, revisions, and historical data for future reference and auditing.
- Provide training and support to project teams and other users on Primavera P6 as needed
- Ensure that project schedules adhere to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with estimators and design build procurement teams working on pursuits and pre-bid schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' of Heavy Civil Construction or Project Scheduling experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards (preferred).

Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
