Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position requires the individual to work directly with the Shop team in relation to all billing and monthly budget reporting. Incumbent will directly support the Shop Manager with the day-to-day function of Shop Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the accuracy of equipment usage, fuel costing and other billing related items for all Posillico entities.
- Gathering reports and documents in support of Shop invoicing.
- Coding and approving invoices to appropriate job and/or equipment.
- Efficiently update and maintain all records and files in the office.
- Analyze monthly budget to ensure accuracy and promote profitable growth.
- Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional partners across the company as required to fulfill responsibilities.
- Management of department PTO calendar, office supply orders, scheduling and other administrative and project related miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Tracking and balancing parts inventory on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years’ administrative, office, inventory or related experience with construction industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other business related preferred.
- Excellent computer skills in all MS Suite Programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat with proficiency in Excel.
- Must be capable of keeping detailed records, meeting deadlines, and be self-motivated.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment; able to accurately process written documents, perform duties in a timely manner, be highly organized and able to interface; communicate effectively with company, suppliers and field personnel at all levels.
- Able to work within the established organizational guidelines and procedures.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 comensurate with experience
