Manufacturer of material handling equipment is looking to fill a full-time Inside Sales position.
Requirements:
-Requires working knowledge of basic engineering principles.
-Requires good technical writing skills.
-Requires good oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to work well with and listen to others.
-Self-directed, ambitious, and willing to learn.
-Time management, organization, and communication skills.
-Computer software and telephone use skills
-Follow company policy and good safety practices.
-Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
-Skills with AutoCAD or SolidWorks a plus.
Job Duties:
-Handling first level calls from customers seeking product information and/or services
-Evaluate requests for quotation to determine if Positech equipment will meet the customer's needs.
-Coordinate the technical information flow between the customer, representatives, and Positech.
-Coordinate with Engineering staff to develop solutions for projects that will meet the customer’s needs.
-Sales presentations to customers.
- Follow through after the sale with support to the engineering and production departments. Assist in the final project check-off and acceptance
-Visiting customers as needed.
-Assist with special projects.
-Proper care and effective handling in the use of company assets.
