Positive Foundry is looking to bring on a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our effort to help corporations across the US flourish through our proven well-being training system. The ideal candidate is professional, disciplined, detail-oriented, coachable, growth-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve the sales process. You must be able to understand the operations, attributes, economic factors, and behaviors of your target market(s) and your buyer persona(s). You'll be working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high-energy, and collaborative environment, where you'll be expected to show up every day and impact the strategy and culture of the company in a positive way.


You will be responsible for introducing a prospect to Positive Foundry and our BetterYet programs, scheduling initial meetings, on-site visits, and/or webinar demos between the prospect and the Chief Engagement Officer. The initial focus will be on corporations with 1,000 to 10,000 employees across the United States.

 

Responsibilities

As an SDR, you will be responsible for:

 

●     Client research including validating CRM database information and adding contact information, if needed using Membraine (Note: SDR is not responsible for sourcing leads)

●     Testing call scripts, email templates and providing input and ideas for improvement

●     Making 20 outbound phone calls each day in addition to utilizing a multi-touch outreach approach (i.e., email, LinkedIn, voicemail, social)

●     Engage with leads to set an appointment for the Chief Engagement Officer

●     Support Positive Foundry marketing efforts by following up on qualified leads and progressing them through the sales funnel

●     Manage prospect/lead status, data integrity, and prospect notes in our systems

●     Achieve, and exceed, weekly/monthly metrics (calls, meetings set, qualified opportunities generated, etc.)

●     Communicate with the Positive Foundry team regarding prospect notes, meeting times, and key topics to review for all meetings set

●     Contribute to strategic weekly sales and training meetings

●     Actively pursue self-improvement and assist the team in meeting company goals

 

Responsibilities

  • 2 years of working experience (sales or a related field preferred, but not required)
  • The ability to build relationships quickly with anyone, particularly over the phone
  • Highly coachable, interested in learning and growing
  • Good research skills to gather information about prospects
  • Sense of urgency about accomplishing goals and learning quickly from mistakes
  • Capable of learning new technologies in a short period of time

·     Excellent communication skills – both oral and written

·     Ability to adapt to changing priorities

·     Positive, self-motivated, dependable, and persistent
