You must be able to handle a variety of property maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, drywall work, electrical repairs, plumbing, heating, and more. **Property Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance throughout the property.
- Conduct repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replace damaged systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with building heating, electrical, and water systems.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates.
- Be on-call to address emergency maintenance issues.
**Property Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications**
- Experience in property maintenance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday.
