Responsibilities:
1. Property Management:
• Provide leadership and guidance to property managers in the region.

• Collaborate with property managers to address tenant concerns, resolve issues, and maintain positive tenant relationships.
2. Operations Oversight:
• Monitor property performance, occupancy rates, and financial performance within the region.
• Review and analyze monthly financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to optimize property revenue and minimize expenses.
3. Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and mentor property management staff.
