JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We will provide training and give you the tools required to succeed!!!
- Timely and efficient maintenance and resolution of all assigned orders (from assignment to shipment) to make sure customers’ expectations are met or preferably exceeded
- Contact customers via phone and email to obtain information and/or discuss details in an effort to quickly resolve issues holding up orders.
- Maintains communications with buyers, warehouse and production with regards to damaged products, shortages and/or missing stock.
- Update AS400 systems with complete information to ensure all communications with customers are noted in regard to any delays with production of their order.
- Other duties as assigned.
