Job Function:

The Night Shift Production Supervisor reports to the General Manager. This is your opportunity to use your experience with lean manufacturing to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. The ideal candidate is bi-lingual English/Spanish and has relevant experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with related departments (scheduling, up and downstream processes, order movement, customer service…) to flow product through the plant
• Ensures timely production and on-time delivery
• Focus on meeting and continuously improving KPIs
• Strict adherence to Safety, cGMP, and SOPs
• Works closely with supervisory team to coordinate efforts and improve performance
• Provides leadership that mentors, motivates, and encourages a positive, high-performance culture
• Implements progressive change and continuous improvement through lean manufacturing methodology
• Initiates root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve performance
• Responsible for training and developing through performance improvement planning
• Works seamlessly with other shifts to ensure effective collaboration and consistency of process
• Is a role model for demeanor, attitude, effective communications, and work ethic
• Other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Degree in business, management, or related field
• Four years supervisory experience in a production environment
• Two years demonstrated experience implementing change / continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodology
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Experience with AS400 a plus

2nd Shift Schedule: 3:30pm-12am, Mon-Fri (must be flexible to work extended hours during busy seasons including weekends)
