Job Responsibilities:
- Create/maintain a campaign spreadsheet to illustrate job flow and overlaps.
- Maintain the production schedule, ensure projects are on the schedule, assigned, have due dates and P#’s (project numbers) assigned.
- Participate on Mondays weekly Marketing Sync Up Meeting (use production schedule to identify possible upcoming issues)
- Run progress updates on approaching catalog projects nearing deadlines.
- Track status of requests for art -RFA’s.
- Ensure the use of Project Requests Forms from the sales department.
- Organize and schedule sales requests (Look-books, decks, sell sheets, lead boxes)
- Track missing, merch, shots, RFA’s for books, two weeks out from closing date.
- spreadsheet creation and updates for the status of merch that needs to be shot.
- Verify imprint areas for photography.
- Booking of talent and fee negotiation (photographer, stylist)
- Book location permitting and address insurance needs.
- Create a spreadsheet to track special projects.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- High level organizational skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Acrobat) knowledge in in-design a plus.
- 3 years experience in project management
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
