Job Responsibilities:

  • Create/maintain a campaign spreadsheet to illustrate job flow and overlaps.
  • Maintain the production schedule, ensure projects are on the schedule, assigned, have due dates and P#’s (project numbers) assigned.
  • Participate on Mondays weekly Marketing Sync Up Meeting (use production schedule to identify possible upcoming issues)
  • Run progress updates on approaching catalog projects nearing deadlines.
  • Track status of requests for art -RFA’s.
  • Ensure the use of Project Requests Forms from the sales department.
  • Organize and schedule sales requests (Look-books, decks, sell sheets, lead boxes)
  • Track missing, merch, shots, RFA’s for books, two weeks out from closing date.
  • spreadsheet creation and updates for the status of merch that needs to be shot.
  • Verify imprint areas for photography.
  • Booking of talent and fee negotiation (photographer, stylist)
  • Book location permitting and address insurance needs.
  • Create a spreadsheet to track special projects.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High level organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Acrobat) knowledge in in-design a plus.
  • 3 years experience in project management

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
