We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Governance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across the organization. The Data Governance Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures, and will be responsible for monitoring compliance with these policies.
Oversee any data transformations, monitor data flow within the organization, and design data model to ensure usefulness of data. Will also maintain the processes and policies and identify the individuals (or positions) within an organization that have both the authority and responsibility for handling and safeguarding specific types of data.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2 years of experience in data governance or related field
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
- Experience with organ procurement data is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data governance tools and technologies
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
