What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed professionals: Must hold a New Jersey LCSW or LPC license.
- Experienced leaders: A Master’s Degree in Social Work and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in the mental health field, plus 2 years of supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure high-quality, patient-focused clinical services (in-person and tele-counseling).
- Supervision & Training: Supervise clinical staff; offer training to ensure compliance with best practices and regulations; provide performance evaluations.
- Caseload Management: Oversee patient caseloads to ensure treatment plans are appropriate, services are delivered efficiently, and patients receive necessary care.
- Patient Care & Progression: Review and update treatment plans to ensure all patients receive timely and effective services, avoiding unnecessary treatments.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all clinical and record-keepings adherence to HIPAA and all other relevant regulatory standards (county, state, federal regulations).
- Policy Development: Collaborate with the Administrator to create and implement policies that improve clinical services and operational efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments using standardized tools and methods to diagnose and evaluate behavioral, emotional, or social issues.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention and case management services.
- Oversee the auditing of clinical charts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform other supervisory and clinical duties as needed.
