What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager - Soft Home position at Positivity?
Position is in office in NYC five days a week.
Soft Home Goods company (think bedding, bath, windows, throws, sheets, etc.) with a focus on growth is looking for a top soft home salesperson. The Company does over $100M and manufactures soft home products to major retailers such as TJX, Ross, Macy’s, Kohl’s, JCP, Belk, Walmart, etc. Must have Soft Home experience and a track record of sales increases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Open up new distribution channels for the company while increasing business with designated existing department and off-price customers.
- Hands on selling to all major accounts while opening up new distribution channels at the same time.
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes, as well as develop and achieve key KPI’s for continued company growth
- Partner with product development as it relates to new products for key customers.
- Demonstrated track record in taking sales “to the next level”, increasing sales growth while improving margins.
- Work cross functionally across the organization to make sure all key accounts get what they need and the internal team is updated on everything.
- Manage your business entrepreneurially and with an understanding of the company’s resources.
