Job Summary : The Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of the production facility in Statesville, NC. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations, from production to shipping. The ideal candidate will have experience with semi-automated equipment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence. This position will play a critical role in scaling our production capabilities and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the facility runs efficiently and meets production targets.
- Production Oversight : Manage and optimize the use of semi-automated equipment to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership : Lead and develop a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
- Quality Control : Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Safety & Compliance : Ensure the facility complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term operational strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Cost Management : Manage budgets, control costs, and identify areas for operational improvement and cost savings.
- Logistics & Distribution : Oversee the shipping and distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products across the U.S.
