The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves coordinating administrative office services such as facilitating general business activities, processing sales orders, maintaining records, and supporting internal teams. Additionally, the individual in this role will provide excellent customer service to boost overall customer satisfaction and experience at POSS.
- Assist with ensuring orders are inputted and processed timely
- Prepare reports to ensure timely process of orders
- Follow-up with Vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating pricing in our software program and on our website
- Provide support to sales representatives, prepare quotes, and manage customer correspondence
- Offer customer service through email and phone support
- Use SharePoint for file organization and maintain daily document scanning tasks
- Assist with various administrative and organizational duties as needed
- Answer phones
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position requires duties to be performed daily.
- Must be able to read, comprehend, write, perform calculations, input accurately, reason, and analyze. Strong customer service and the ability to communicate effectively is highly important.
