Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst II, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's decision-making through financial analysis and insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial data is accurately analyzed, reported, and leveraged to optimize business performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and report against monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for your business area(s)
- Develop and maintain cost models, forecasts, and budgets for your business support area(s)
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across operational processes
- Work with business partners to develop and manage annual operating budgets, ensuring alignment with company targets
- Support the forecasting process by tracking performance and updating financial projections as needed
- Collaborate with various business partners to gather and validate data
- Partner with senior management to assess business performance and offer financial guidance for decision-making
- Provide financial modeling and analysis for special projects, including capital expenditures, new product introductions, and process optimization initiatives.
