Hours
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of farm and cattle feeder equipment, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and repair feed truck hydraulics and scale systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and oil changes
- Rebuild feed wagons and address spreader issues
- Use diagnostic tools, interpret schematics, and keep detailed repair records
- Collaborate with team members and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in an on-call rotation (typically once a month)
- Load/unload equipment and assist with new equipment setup
- Operate welding and fabricating equipment as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience with farm equipment repair and maintenance
- Welding, torching, plasma cutting, and fabrication experience
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and computer software
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- 2 years of related experience OR associate degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
- Forklift, payloader, and tractor operation experience is a plus
