The Quality Inn Post Falls is now hiring Onsite Assistant Manager:
- Must be able to work all shift and cover shifts for employees that call in as well
- Onsite Assistant Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations including: compliance to brand standards, promoting high guest satisfaction and bottom line profitability.
- Requirements: - Hotel management experience required Choice Advantage experience. Hotel is a Quality Inn - 47 rooms
- strong organization, planning and attention to detail
- General Responsibilities:
- Schedule staff for appropriate levels of service that drive guest satisfaction and maintain profitability
- Manage the accounts receivables
- Conduct daily/weekly inspections of the entire facility to ensure cleanliness, maintenance & safety issues are addressed timely & effectively
- Review daily audit reports for accuracy and investigation of any irregularities
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and responsibilities by showing a willingness to serve in any department or capacity as needed due to changing schedule requirements
- Use effective interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff & guests and resolve problems quickly and appropriately
- Lead & manage the sales efforts for the hotel
