Job Summary :

We are seeking a versatile and driven Digital Marketing Ad Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who excels in managing digital advertising strategies and is eager to leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency. As a key member of our marketing department, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing and collaborate with our creative team to execute innovative campaigns that set us apart in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Advertising Management :

  • Create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and specialize platforms such as WeTransfer or industry specific digital platforms).
  • Develop and implement geo-fencing strategies and interactive ads tailored to specific sites and audiences.

Strategic Planning & Execution :

  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Schedule and coordinate multi-channel advertising efforts to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Influencer Partnerships :

  • Broker and maintain relationships with digital partners and influencers to amplify content reach.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, including product giveaways and collaborative content creation.
  • Email & SMS Marketing :

  • Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements for higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • SEO Implementation :

  • Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO best practices on the website.
  • Provide strategic input for content optimization to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • AI Integration :

  • Identify and implement AI tools to streamline digital marketing workflows and enhance campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI advancements relevant to digital marketing and propose innovative solutions.
  • Analytics & Reporting :

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients and internal projects.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Collaboration & Coordination :

  • Work closely with the creative team and developers to ensure timely and high-quality content production.
  • Maintain organized project management practices to set and maintain the pace for content delivery.
  • Qualifications : Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience :

  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a media agency or similar environment.
  • Proven success in managing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Skills :

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and SMS marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and push boundaries.
  • Eager to adopt and implement AI tools to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Technical Proficiencies :

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with interactive and native advertising.
  • Understanding of web development and UX / UI principles.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement AI tools in digital marketing workflows.
