Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a dynamic clinic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient physical therapy, particularly in orthopedics, and possess excellent patient care skills. You will be responsible for developing individualized care plans, implementing treatment strategies, and providing support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in compliance with clinic systems.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

Experience

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
• Experience working with a wide variety of patients.
• Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy as it relates to physical therapy practices.
• Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
