What are the responsibilities and job description for the OT Occupational Therapist position at Post Rehab?
Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is looking for an OT Occupational Therapist to fill a full-time, PRN or temp-contract position. Rate posted reflects full-time, PRN and temp-contract opportunities. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care.
Using therapeutic techniques, you will improve, rehabilitate, or maintain the patient's motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities. The OT Occupational Therapist will assess the patient's physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively understand the needs of your patients, and explain the treatment process. Additionally, you must be able to clearly document treatment plans and progress, as well as effectively communicate with the patient's family or caregiver.
