The position requires availability on weekends, with Sunday shifts being desired as well.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our menu offerings, including wine and seafood options, and make recommendations to guests as appropriate.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Uphold all health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Uphold the standards of the establishment in line with our core values.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a server in a high-volume upscale restaurant setting.
- Flexible availability a must
- Toast POS knowledge a plus
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with our regular clientele as well as new guests.
- Ability to pick up on information quickly and adapt to changes
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Hardworking mentality a must. Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task required for the smooth operation of the establishment, reflecting the understanding that no job is beneath them.
- Knowledge of wines, beers, spirits and quality food a must
- Extensive knowledge of wine is a plus
- Bartending experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Weekends and holidays, doubles, and Sunday availability required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
