Job Title: Server and Bar Staff

Hours: Full-Time or Part-time, including weekends (Sunday availability required) Must have full time availability.

Experience: minimum 3 years serving in upscale casual restaurants

The position requires availability on weekends, with Sunday shifts being desired as well.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of our menu offerings, including wine and seafood options, and make recommendations to guests as appropriate.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Uphold all health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Uphold the standards of the establishment in line with our core values.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a server in a high-volume upscale restaurant setting.
• Flexible availability a must
• Toast POS knowledge a plus
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with our regular clientele as well as new guests.
• Ability to pick up on information quickly and adapt to changes
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Hardworking mentality a must. Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task required for the smooth operation of the establishment, reflecting the understanding that no job is beneath them.
• Knowledge of wines, beers, spirits and quality food a must
• Extensive knowledge of wine is a plus
• Bartending experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Weekends and holidays, doubles, and Sunday availability required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
