What You’ll Do:
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring their experience with us is exceptional from start to finish. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high occupancy rates and contributing to the overall success of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet prospective tenants, schedule showings, and guide them through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Office Management: Handle general office tasks, including records management, rent collection, and managing delinquent accounts.
- Marketing & Outreach: Create and post engaging rental ads, and manage online listings to attract qualified applicants.
- Records & Compliance: Prepare court documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with local housing regulations.
- Community Building: Foster positive relationships with residents, responding to their needs with care and efficiency.

What You Bring:
- Education: High School Diploma required; College degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Experience with AppFolio is a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, customer service-driven, and ready to embody our core values—Loyalty, Responsiveness, Problem-Solving, Positivity, and Care.
- Other Requirements: Valid Driver's License, clean criminal background check, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
