As a leader in the industry, we are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who can uphold our core values while leading a team to maintain our properties efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, ensuring efficient workflow and quality assurance.
- Assign, manage, and inspect maintenance tasks while tracking work orders in AppFolio (preferred but not
required).
- Ensure timely completion of repairs, unit turnovers, and inspections.
- Oversee property cleanliness and compliance with housing regulations.
- Monitor and maintain an organized inventory system.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to meet property maintenance needs.
- Respond to and resolve escalated tenant concerns beyond the Office Manager’s scope.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee material expenditures.
- Assist in capital improvement projects and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct staff meetings, oversee schedules, approve PTO requests, and handle hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and tracking of company vehicles.

What You Bring:
- Experience & Skills:
- Understanding of residential construction, home/apartment remodeling, and basic plumbing and
electrical systems.
- Experience in carpentry, painting, drywall, and time management.
- Ability to provide accurate quotes and complete work on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Tools & Transportation: Own personal tools and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
- Qualities: Adaptable, dependable, detail-oriented, and an excellent problem solver.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, climb ladders, work overhead, and stand/walk for long periods.

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Easton, PA 18042 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Easton, PA 18042: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
