Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Kutztown, PA
Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

What You'll Do:
- Perform Repairs: Conduct routine and emergency maintenance and repairs for various building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Inspect and Diagnose: Thoroughly inspect and diagnose issues with systems and equipment, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain Records: Accurately document all maintenance and repair activities, including any parts used and hours worked.
- Coordinate Tasks: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and with minimal disruption.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and company policies, ensuring all work complies with regulations and quality standards.
What You Bring:
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with building maintenance systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team, coordinating efforts and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
