As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the overall functionality and safety of our properties. You’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of maintenance tasks, from general repairs to emergency fixes, ensuring residents’ needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry, wallboard repairs, countertop/cabinet replacements, and tile repairs.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC issues.
- Complete work orders, apartment turnovers, and property inspections.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and perform preventive maintenance.
- Work closely with property managers and residents to resolve maintenance issues.

What You Bring:
- Experience in general maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and handle emergency repairs.
- Skills in time management, providing accurate quotes, and completing work on time.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and stand for extended periods.
