Position: Make-Ready Team Member
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
What You'll Do:
- Prepare Units: Efficiently clean and prepare residential and commercial units for new tenants, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
- Conduct Repairs: Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the units are in excellent condition.
- Coordinate with Team: Work closely with other team members and departments to manage the make-ready process and address any issues promptly.
- Inspect Units: Conduct thorough inspections of units to ensure they are ready for occupancy and identify any additional work required.
- Maintain Standards: Follow company procedures and standards to ensure that each unit meets our quality and cleanliness expectations.
What You Bring:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general handyman skills.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure units are thoroughly cleaned and repaired.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve common goals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of make-ready assignments.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal communication to coordinate with team members and address any concerns.
