Position : Make-Ready Team Member
Location : Wichita, Kansas
Type : Full-Time, Non-Exempt
What You'll Do :
- Prepare Units : Efficiently clean and prepare residential and commercial units for new tenants, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
- Conduct Repairs : Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the units are in excellent condition.
- Coordinate with Team : Work closely with other team members and departments to manage the make-ready process and address any issues promptly.
- Inspect Units : Conduct thorough inspections of units to ensure they are ready for occupancy and identify any additional work required.
- Maintain Standards : Follow company procedures and standards to ensure that each unit meets our quality and cleanliness expectations.
