What You’ll Do:
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring their experience with us is exceptional from start to finish. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high occupancy rates and contributing to the overall success of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet prospective tenants, schedule showings, and guide them through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Office Management: Handle general office tasks, including records management, rent collection, and managing delinquent accounts.
- Marketing & Outreach: Create and post engaging rental ads, and manage online listings to attract qualified applicants.
- Records & Compliance: Prepare court documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with local housing regulations.
- Community Building: Foster positive relationships with residents, responding to their needs with care and efficiency.

What You Bring:
- Expected Experience:
- Previous customer-facing experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or administrative support roles.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in residential leasing, property management.
- 3-5 years in sales.
- Familiarity with AppFolio is a plus
- Experience with rent collection, court prep, or resident record management.
- Comfort in managing inbound leads, hosting property tours, and contributing to occupancy goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License, clean criminal background check, and flexibility to work some weekends and overtime.
