Job Description
The Associate Experience (AE/HR) Student Worker provides administrative and clerical support to the associates of the Associate Experience Department at Post University. This position requires 20 hours per week as well as approval from financial aid for Federal Work-Study.
Location: Post University Main Campus - Associate Experience
Supervisor: Elisa Murphy, Director of Associate Experience
Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour
This is a year-round opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Associate Experience Student Worker is to assist with the daily operations of the Post University Associate Experience department which includes, but is not limited to:
- Data entry into our HRIS database
- Assist with interview scheduling
- Draft offer letters in ADP WFN
- PAF initiation/completion
- Update recruiting, new hire, and swag spreadsheets
- Greeting the associates, students, and guests as they enter the office and determining the nature of their visit in order to best assist them
- Assist with compliance audits, data gathering, and mailings
- Maintaining AE office as well as ensuring supply closet, front room, and AF lounge is stocked
- Assisting in paper to digital transformation
- Filing and scanning
- Maintaining bulletin board
- Distributing checks to associates and students
- Handling confidential information
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Minimum Skills, Training, and Attributes
- Must be a current student of the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University with a sophomore standing or higher
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with the department associates, the University’s students, and guests
- Brings positive energy & motivation to the department
- Strong time management and organizational skills

This opportunity is open to Post University students only.
