The Sr Manager of Information Security and Compliance will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company's overall information security and compliance posture. This role will require a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of industry’s best practices. The Sr Manager will lead a team of security professionals and work closely with executive leadership, IT, and other departments to ensure the protection of sensitive information and compliance with relevant regulations.

Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Information Security and Compliance Programs
- Lead strategic projects & initiatives to strengthen company security controls and overall posture
- Successfully complete audits (HITRUST, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 9001, Privacy, HIPAA)
- Prepare executive performance reports and roadmap tracking reports
- Plan, perform and support internal audits as part of the ISMS
- Lead Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program readiness and testing
- Champion company-wide security awareness training programs
- Lead RCA efforts, tracking, investigations, and corrective actions
- Manage Incident Response playbooks, training, and readiness
- Redline/Edit RFPs, complete client risk assessments and security assessments
- Coordinates with HR Director to verify adherence with onboardings and terminations
- Assist with other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the skills to deal with ambiguity
- Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance management
- Experience writing policies, procedures, and controls in one or more standards/frameworks
- Experience working with security teams performing vulnerability scanning and PEN testing
- Knowledge of network security methodologies and defense in-depth strategies
- Proven experience in developing security policies and procedures and achieving program goals
- Bachelor’s Degree with ten (10 ) years of related experience in security and compliance
- Holds a security certification in at least one of the following: CISM, CISSP, CISA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
