This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests, managing daily operations, and overseeing the upkeep of the cabins and surrounding areas. The Lodgekeeper will be managing all laundry, folding treating and organizing daily used linen. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in hospitality or property management.

Responsibilities:

- Treating daily laundry and insuring all linens are folded and clean before shift end.
- Making Linen bags for the next day.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of cabins and common areas, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure all facilities are well-maintained and stocked.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, inventory, and maintenance requests.
