Job Title : AP / Staff Accountant
Compensation : $26.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Type : Part-Time, Hybrid (4 to 10 hours per week )
Location : Centennial, Colorado ( Must be in-office at least 4 hours per month after the initial probationary period for project coordination and updates)

Key Responsibilities :
- Perform monthly closing duties for financial statements and other reporting requirements.
- Reconcile patient authorizations, physician orders, and invoices.
- Organize data for program cost analysis and pricing efforts.
- Ensure prompt payment for expenses incurred.
- Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
- Manage weekly vendor payment runs and check accounts payable for accuracy.
- Create monthly reporting packages.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve AP / AR-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records.
