Job Description :

We are looking for a highly organized and patient-focused Patient Intake and Scheduling Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for patients preparing for their first appointment with a specialist physician. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, optimizing physician utilization, and coordinating with referring physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Preparation : Work with patients to get them ready for their first appointment with a specialist physician, providing necessary information and support.
• Schedule Management : Manage and optimize the physician's schedule to achieve revenue and physician utilization goals, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Coordination and Communication : Coordinate and communicate with referring physicians and their office staff to ensure seamless transitions and quality care for patients.
• Patient Support : Address any patient concerns or questions regarding their appointments and care process.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure all patient needs are met and that the care process is smooth and efficient.
