Position Summary:
The Strategic Partnerships, Operations Lead will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution and optimization of Posterity Health's relationships with Fertility Benefit Managers (FBMs) and other ancillary partnerships. This position will focus on the operational and billing components of these partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate invoicing, and process alignment across teams. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will help scale partner operations, improve internal workflows, and contribute to the overall success and satisfaction of our strategic partnerships.
As a Strategic Partnerships, Operations Lead, you will:
Serve as the operational point of contact for Fertility Benefit Managers and other Channel Partners, ensuring smooth coordination across billing, invoicing, and service delivery workflows.
- Manage and improve internal processes that support Fertility Benefit Manager and Channel partnerships, identifying areas for increased efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Clinical, and Product teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of services delivered under partner contracts.
- Support implementation and ongoing operational execution of new and existing partnerships, including documentation, SOP development, and performance tracking.
- Monitor contract terms, SLAs, and partner-specific billing nuances to ensure alignment with operational execution and audit readiness.
- Proactively surface issues, recommend solutions, and drive cross-team resolutions that enhance the overall partner experience.
- Contribute to strategic planning discussions around growth and optimization of partnerships, bringing insights from day-to-day operations to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, partner management, revenue cycle, or a related role-preferably in healthcare, health tech, or benefits administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and partner requirements simultaneously
- Experience supporting billing, invoicing, or claims reconciliation processes; familiarity with healthcare billing practices is a plus
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, client success, clinical, and technical teams
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and responsiveness
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and operational tools; familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Stripe, or other billing/CRM platforms is a plus
- A process-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing operational improvements
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is eager to take ownership of high-impact work
