Key Responsibilities

- Manage a caseload of patients efficiently while adhering to the company’s philosophy and nursing standards.
- Conduct 2-3 in-home hospice visits per day, providing essential support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license/certification in New York (NY).
- Fluency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in hospice, ICU, ED, or MedSurg settings.

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience in hospice, ICU, ED, or MedSurg settings is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a higher qualification.
