Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care within the Labor and Delivery department.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to support mothers and newborns throughout the birthing process.
- Uphold nursing protocols and adhere to established standards of care.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training initiatives.
- Possession of a valid California Registered Nurse License.
- Active certification in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care or hospital environment.
- At least one year of experience in Labor and Delivery, including Intrapartum, Antepartum, and/or Obstetric Operative care.
- Completion of the AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring course.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid California Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification required upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification required upon hire.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
