- Deliver meticulous evaluation, management, and treatment of patients within the practice.
- Collaborate with the Attending Physician to establish treatment protocols, conduct diagnoses, and initiate therapy.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Successfully manage patient load efficiently, ensuring high-quality care.
- Proficiency in BLS and ACLS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
- Active Florida License is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care settings is required.
- Bilingual candidates proficient in English and Spanish are preferred.
