Job Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities as a Family Dental Care Provider will include:
Main Tasks:
- Delivering comprehensive dental care services, including routine cleanings, exams, and educational sessions
- Providing personalized support and guidance to patients on oral health maintenance and disease prevention
- Managing patient records and communicating effectively with dentists, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensuring adherence to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Collaborating with the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in Missouri
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Proficiency in medical coding and billing procedures
- Experience with Dentrix, Epic, Eaglesoft, or other dental practice management systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position requiring 32 hours of work per week, with rotating shifts that include Monday-Thursday one week and Tuesday-Friday the next, allowing for a 4-day weekend every other week.
