With our headquarters in Anaheim, California, we have been delivering virtual mail to our clients for nearly a decade. Our company was founded with the idea that anyone should be able to view and manage their postal mail online. Since then, we have grown into a nationwide network of virtual mail processing centers.
We are looking for a digital mailroom operator to scan our incoming client mail and package deliveries. This position will also include some notary work for our client onboarding/welcome calls.
Responsibilities
- Sign for incoming registered or certified mail
- Sort mail and package deliveries by customer
- Keep records of incoming packages, including their weight, return address and description
- Process outbound shipments
- Answer incoming calls and emails.
- Track mailroom supplies (e.g. stamps, envelopes, address labels)
- Meet with clients to notarize their onboarding documents.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mailroom clerk or notary public is a plus
- Good computer skills
- Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail
- Good communication and literacy skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
