What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable position at Potato Specialty Company?
Our Accounts Office Manager will be over looking our Accounts Payable and Accounts Recieving Associates, These two people are responsible to ensure their company pays payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly. An Accounts Payable job description will include managing the company's financial transactions related to vendor payments and expenses. Also verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies. And are responsible to ensure their company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly. An Accounts Receivable job description will include securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies. You will just be managing and double checking their tasks.
You will also have other office tasks, like keeping up with company licenses, and managing banking payments and finances as well as other office duties.
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent
- Qualified applicant must have reliable transportation
- Accounting or equivalent work experience is a plus
- Has a proven record of efficiency and diligence
- Proficient In Microsoft Applications (excel, word, email and internet)
- Able to follow oral and written direction
- Must Be Able to Perform Well Both as an Individual and within a Team
- Strong Written And Oral Communications Skills
