Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Recruiter :
- Work daily in the applicant tracking system posting jobs, evaluating applications to ensure they meet position requirements and moving candidates into the required status steps.
- Extend job offers.
- Conduct and perform review of initial background checks.
- Facilitate group and walk-in interview sessions, attend offsite career fairs and assist with Potawatomi Casino Hotel career fairs.
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and identify strategies to expand applicant pools.
- Support and enforce Forest County Potawatomi Community resolution on Native American Hiring Preference.
- Work with and develop partnerships with colleges, technical schools, workforce agencies and community partners in order to build talent pipelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
