Maintenance Administrative Supply Technician
Location: Fort McCoy, WI
Employment Class: Full Time Regular
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt-SCA
SCA Rate: $27.72 per hour H&W $4.57 hourly
Position Summary:
Advancia Government Services is seeking a qualified Maintenance Administrative Supply Technician (MAST) who performs assignments that relates to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations. They also complete the required documentation to maintain accurate durable and non-expendable property accounting for activities and facilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducts inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization tasks.
• Receiving deliveries, checking against orders, preparing transfer documents and receipts, monitoring inventories and preparing requisitions to restock items
• Initiate, process, transactions or logistics information system transactions
• Preforms a combination of tasks such as receipt, storage, issuance of a wide variety of supplies complete
• Maintain accurate durable and non-expendable property accounting for activities and facilities
• Duties may increase or change due to unit activity
Education & Experience Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
• Military experience or knowledge preferred.
Other Requirements:
• Must be able to pass a background check
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands:
• Light groundskeeping and housekeeping around facilities/work area.
• Some walking and standing required.
• You may have to lift and carry equipment (i.e., books, tools) weighing up to 50lbs
• Ability to safely work in various weather conditions.
• Work in the occupation involves making repetitive motions more than 1/3 of the time
• Requires standing and/or sitting for long periods of time.
• Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel and bend
