Job Overview
We seek enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members and Team leads to join our fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your ability to work collaboratively with your team will contribute to creating a positive experience for our customers. we are paying between $17-$19 without tips (the average of tips is $5 per hour or more)
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Help customers with their orders, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Utilize basic math skills to handle cash and provide change as needed.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, ensuring that all items meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in quick service fast food restaurants or grocery stores is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
- Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
