We are seeking an experienced Front of House Leader to join our team at Potbelly Sandwich Works in South Elgin. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop local promotions and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction improvement
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
