Location: Lower Bucks County (commutable to Newtown, Levittown, Warminster, and surrounding communities)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with flexibility to work at least two evenings per week)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of behavior and skill acquisition programs for clients.
- Train and supervise staff in the delivery of ABA services, ensuring high standards of practice.
- Conduct assessments, including functional analysis, to create individualized programs that meet the unique needs of clients.
- Observe clients and staff in a variety of settings (home, school, community) to ensure effective program implementation.
- Provide professional development activities and supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Manage new client intakes and provide comprehensive, ongoing assessments.
- Collaborate with families, schools, doctors, and other providers to ensure continuity of care and support.
- Foster an open and communicative environment, encouraging collaboration and feedback to improve service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS) in Pennsylvania.
- Availability Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with at least two evenings per week available.
- Commutable to our centers in Newtown, Levittown, and Warminster, as well as the surrounding community.
- Comfortable working with children and adolescents, ages 2-18, in various settings (home, school, community).
- A collaborative spirit with a focus on supporting and developing a dedicated team.
