As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you'll work closely with departments across the company to uphold our commitment to excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency. With opportunities to grow professionally, this is an exciting chance to shape the future of our quality programs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Review, update, and uphold the organization's standards, policies, and procedures.
- Produce and share detailed reports that track quality assurance activities and outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Play a key role in internal and external audits, ensuring all standards are met for regulatory bodies.
- Assist in the development of corrective action plans and initiatives for quality improvement.
Document Management & Administrative Support
- Keep client and employee records well-organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate the completion of necessary documents for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Help ensure our document management systems remain current and effective.
Operational Coordination
- Gather required documentation from staff and stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist in collecting and entering Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to measure success.
- Help with organizing training, business platforms, and special projects.

What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or at least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance, Project Management, or Administrative role.
- Experience with audits and ensuring compliance with regulations is a plus.
- Strong document creation and management experience.
Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while keeping a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other common business software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent time management.
Certificates/Licenses
- Current Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances with no record.

Salary : $49,000 - $55,000
