Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of Pothole Heroes. The duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions utilizing strong communication skills, entering information, and maintaining expert knowledge about company services to best help customers.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties
· Answer incoming phone calls and answer questions or forward calls / messages to appropriate person / department
· Provide introductory information to new customers’ inquiries
· Act as liaison between customers, sales consultants, and internal departments
· Receive project request from national accounts and process information into appropriate CRM
· Estimate and propose projects to national clients
· Receive and process orders into Pothole Heroes Proprietary software
· Follow up on open proposals and proactively work with national accounts
· Escalate queries and concerns as necessary
· Troubleshooting issues and forwarding them to appropriate person / department
· Working with other departments to find appropriate solutions
· Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided
Experience / Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of Customer Service experience, asphalt or construction preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite—Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Experience with different CRM platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.21 - $14.88 per hour
