You will be responsible for establishing rapport with clients, providing clinically based therapy, maintaining productivity standards, diagnosing and treating clients ethically, and referring clients to outside specialists when necessary. Additionally, you will attend all required meetings as scheduled and maintain collaborative working relations with staff, other community providers, and clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need a minimum of a master's degree in a mental health-related field, as well as a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. You should also have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals who have behavioral/mental health diagnoses and be knowledgeable about community resources related to mental health and case management. The ideal candidate will be in good standing with the State of Maryland licensing board and possess the skills and qualifications necessary to practice social work, professional counseling, or psychology (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-C).
