Job Description:
As the Field Marketing Manager (Team Manager), you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, ensuring our brand reaches potential customers through strategic field marketing efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring your team gets out daily, meets quota, receives ongoing training, and performs effectively—including personally contributing to lead generation and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation and appointment setting.
- Ensure the team gets out daily and meets performance quotas.
- Track team performance and provide coaching to ensure success.
- Conduct regular field training and team-building exercises.
- Personally contribute to lead generation and sales performance.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and brand messaging.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, reporting, and logistics.
- Maintain a positive and energetic team culture to drive motivation and performance.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in field marketing, door-to-door sales, or team management.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling a successful team.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
- Must be comfortable working in the field with the team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
