Responsibilities

• Be the Face of Our Practice: Greet patients warmly and guide them through their treatment plans, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable
• Coordinate Appointments: Work closely with our dental team to schedule patient's appointments and keep them on track with their visits
• Insurance Expert: Strong understanding of dental insurance, including coverage details and verification processes
• Must be able to communicate options clearly, ensuring patients are informed
• Patient Advocate: Ensure our patients understand their treatment plans and follow-up care
• Detail Master: Keep accurate, organized records of patient treatments and follow-ups
• Create and update care plans for patients
• Handle dental coding
• Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
